FAQ - Viewing Help

The MCRIF32 software contains context-sensitive help for CMS worksheets.
While viewing a worksheet, simply press the F1 key or select your CMS form Help from the Help menu.

A recent security update from Microsoft has now made viewing certain help files difficult when those help files are located on a network. If you run the MCRIF32 software from a network drive, you might find that you cannot view the CMS instruction help from within the MCRIF32 software.

Microsoft has issued a knowledgebase article that describes the step needed too correct this problem. We recommend that you contact your IT department so they will be aware of the problem and how to fix it.
