We continue to work with those clients that are having problems using our Check for Updates feature by providing software updates through our Hotfix pages.

Hotfix Details
HF20081001 This hotfix addresses some problems found in the 2552-96 Hospital software.
After downloading and extracting this update, start the MCRIF32 software and select Version Update Information from the Help menu.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Do not download/install this update without being instructed to do so by an HFS Customer Support representative.

  2. Make sure you are out of the MCRIF32 software.

  3. Download the hofix file (2552-96-1821091.exe) by clicking on this link.
    Be sure to remember where you saved the file.

  4. Open the folder where you saved the download file and then double-click on the file to run it.
    You will see a screen similar to the following:

    Press the Continue button.

  5. Next, you will see a screen prompting you to specify where to place the files on your computer. Typically this location is C:\MCRIF32 but you should verify this location with the person who installed the software.

    Change the default location to where your software is located and then press the OK button.

  6. If you receive any error messages during the extraction of the files, restart your computer and go back to step #4.
