| HF200892675 | Microsoft issued security updates that created restrictions on HTML help files. According to Microsoft's knowledgebase article KB892675, "This problem occurs because security update 896358 and 890175 prevent HTML content that is outside the Local Machine zone from creating an instance of the HTML Help ActiveX control (HHCTRL). If you are not familiar with modifying the system registry, please contact someone in your IT department to have it done for you.
